Phase II

Consultation and Fieldwork    

The Consultation Document was published in March 2004 and contained the initial results of the Phase I analysis into the complex cultural and systemic drivers which the MoD and its industry partners have to manage to successfully deliver major defence projects. The work was taken forwards in partnership with the MoD but the interim conclusions in the Document were our own. The Document also contained two questionnaires which formed part of our consultation exercise. The results of the questionnaires and other key elements of our fieldwork are listed below with downloadable documents giving more detail and insight into the wealth of information which informed the final report and Gold Standard (Phase III).
